Any application submitted though this site is construed to have read, understand and agreed to the following terms:
You may request cancellation in any manner, but written request is recommended. Tuition refunds will be based on the date you cancel, as follows:
- You may cancel this Enrollment Agreement anytime prior to THIRTY (30) days from start of reserved course and receive 95% refund of monies paid to date if cancellation is made in writing or email, address to:

Cancellation made within 15 – 30 days prior to start of reserved course shall be refunded subject to a FIFTY PERCENT (50%) penalty. Any cancellation made within 2 weeks from to the start and during the course is non-refundable.
Penalties were based on the remaining time left to have the vacated seat filled by another enrollee. AHRC assumes that a seat in the class that was reserved but cancelled within 2 weeks prior to start of the course will have an unlikely chance of being filled.
2) In cases where installment of tuition fee was authorized by AHRC and cancellation was requested, the same rule will apply. If full payment has not yet been received at the time of cancellation, computation of refund shall still be based on the total amount of tuition for the course. This means that it is possible for an enrollee to pay additional penalties if cancellation was made within 30 days prior to the start of the reserved course and payments were still less than penalty.
3) Tuition fees can be transferred only before the start of the course. In cases when a tuition fee or a reserved seat in the class is transferred, no penalties will be applied.
4) Submission and payment of tuition fee signifies reading, understanding and agreeing to the terms of this agreement. Any future concerns or disputes shall be referred to the applicable provision of this agreement. In the event that such item was not covered , the center Administration shall decide on the issue and will consider the addendum to this agreement as a precedent.
5) AHRC does not guarantee its enrollees to pass the licensure examination corresponding to the course. The programs that AHRC conduct were intended to improve the ability of the attendees to prepare for the examinations.
